Everything you need to know about working with Sidey Clark Photography for relaxed, documentary-style wedding photography in London and across the UK.

We’d like to book you – what’s next?

Once you’ve chosen your wedding photography package, I’ll send over a contract and booking details to make it all official. Then we’re good to go!

Do we need to pay a deposit?

Yes. A 20% deposit is due when the contract is signed to secure your date in my calendar.

Is travel and accommodation included?

Travel within 20 miles of the M25 is included. For weddings further afield in the UK, there’s a flat £250 fee to cover travel and overnight accommodation.

When is the final balance due?

The remaining balance is due seven days before your wedding day.

Are you fully insured?

Yes. I have public liability, professional indemnity and full gear insurance to give you peace of mind.

What if you’re unwell on the day?

Thankfully this has never happened; however, if I could not make your wedding due to illness or an unforeseen ‘emergency’, I have a great network of fantastic wedding photographers to call upon to cover.

When will we get our wedding photos?

You’ll receive a sneak peek of a few highlights within 24 hours, and your full gallery will be delivered in 6 to 8 weeks via a private online gallery you can share and download from easily.

How many images will we receive?

In short, however many pictures it takes to tell the story of your day, I don’t want to be putting in photos to bump up to meet a set number equally; I don’t want to be holding back images that are pure gold because of reached set amount of photographs. On average, depending on the coverage chosen, I deliver between 300 – 1000 images.

Can we order prints?

Yes. Your online gallery is connected to Loxley Colour, one of the UK’s most trusted professional photo labs. Ordering prints is simple and your memories will look stunning in print.

Can we share our photos online?

Of course! Tagging @sideyclarkphoto is always appreciated. Just keep them as they are and avoid adding filters, as the final images are already colour-graded and retouched.

Do you have any dietary requirements?

No allergies, but I’m not a fan of coriander or goat’s cheese. And I’ll never say no to a slice of cake at the end of the night!

Can we add a second photographer?

Yes. You can add a second shooter for £350. Perfect for bigger weddings with multiple locations or lots of guests. I work with experienced photographers who shoot in a natural, documentary style to match mine.

What if we’re getting married abroad?

I love destination weddings. If you’re getting married outside mainland UK, let’s chat and I’ll put together a bespoke travel-inclusive quote just for you.
